Healthy Aging


senior-friends-medfordHealthy Aging is an important goal at the Medford Senior Center.  Hearing assessments and blood pressure monitoring are available each month.

There are many fun physical activities including the Senior Stretch exercise class, Silver Striders and a line dance class.

Healthy Living includes our need for social activities.  The Medford Senior Center offers many events, games, classes and other forms of social interaction.  Drop by and get to know the people and activities that are available for your personal healthy and happy lifestyle.

An extensive lending library of hardback books, audio books and movies are available for the members.

Healthy living includes keeping your mind activity.  Classes including Spanish, Writer’s Critique, Living Well Class and Jog Your Memory help exercise the mind.  Personal safety is also part of Healthy Living.  The AARP Driver Safety Program courses are available bi-monthly.
